Disappearing Acts

You ever meet a guy and yall really connect? You have great conversation, you really enjoy each other's company.  You go out on a few dates and things are starting to look really good.  Then, all of a sudden....out of the blue....you never hear from him again?  The hell?

This disappearing act is all too familiar to us women.  But why?  Male meth-heads, why do you get our hopes up only to abruptly let us down?  Were you ever really into your lady friend or were you being fake the whole time?  And why not just say, "Hey, I think you're really nice but *insert truth here*."

I was recently a victim of one of these magicians.  He came into my life like whirling dervish and then poof he was gone.  Damn, and I didn't even get him to complete an exit interview...
